Two markets, one studio

Things people ask
before they brief us.

A focused brand site usually goes live in 4 to 6 weeks. E-commerce builds and bespoke platforms run 8 to 12 weeks depending on integrations. We give you a phase-by-phase timetable in the proposal, and the dates we commit to are the dates we hit.
Every quote is fixed-fee per phase, written down before any work starts. Pricing tracks scope, so we don't post a number on the site that turns out to be wrong for what you're building. The fastest way to get a real range is the scoping call30 minutes, free, no pitch deck. After that we send a written quote you can hold us to.
Both. We're a remote-first studio with people in Port of Spain and London. Most of our work is delivered for clients across both markets, and our hours overlap enough to feel local on either side of the Atlantic.
Yes, regularly. We have clients across the Caribbean, Europe, and North America. The home base is T&T and the UK because that's where we're rooted, but the work itself is borderless.
Yes. We offer ongoing support plans covering hosting, security patches, content updates, performance monitoring, and quarterly reviews. Some clients self-host after launch, either route is fine, set out clearly in the contract.
Templates are fast to start and slow to scale. Every Buildhaus site is custom-coded, which means it loads quickly, stays accessible, ranks better, and grows with your business instead of fighting it. No theme licences, no plugin sprawl, no bloat.
Yes, three of our recent builds are linked from the Work section above. Each one is live, indexable, and earning for the client. Happy to put you in touch with any of them as a reference.
That's fine, most clients aren't on day one. The first conversation is a free scoping call: we listen, ask the questions that matter, and tell you whether we're the right studio for the work. No pitch deck. No fantasy mockups. No invoice for the call. If we're not the right fit, we'll usually point you to someone who is.
