Booking FAQ.

Three weeks for the Cart and Bites packages. Six weeks for Custom, especially if you want a bespoke flavor developed.
Tobago, yes, with travel and ferry costs added. Other Caribbean islands, case-by-case, ask us.
Sorbets are dairy-free + vegan. We make in a shared kitchen so trace dairy/nuts/soy are possible. We can quote nut-free batches with two weeks' notice.
Full refund 14+ days out. 50% refund 7–14 days. Deposit only 0–7 days. Reschedules within 6 months are free.
Yes, included on the Custom package, available as an add-on for the Cart package. Send us your brand assets and lead time of 10 days.
