Placing an order through this site is an offer to buy. We accept the offer when we ship. If we can't ship (out of stock, suspected fraud, delivery outside the UK), we'll refund within five working days and tell you why.
Prices on this site are in pounds sterling and include VAT unless marked "trade". Shipping is calculated at checkout. Free UK delivery on retail orders over £50.
Trade pricing, net 30 invoicing, named-manager service, and priority restock all require an approved trade account. We verify: VAT number, business address, three or more chairs, twelve months trading history.
We can suspend a trade account for late payment beyond 45 days, repeated unauthorised returns, or chargeback abuse. Suspended accounts pay invoice-on-delivery until cleared.
UK orders ship from our Bristol unit Monday to Thursday. Order by 14:00 GMT, ships same working day. Standard UK delivery is two to three working days via tracked courier. Next-day available at £8.50 if ordered by 14:00 weekdays.
We don't ship outside the UK from this site. Trade buyers in the Republic of Ireland: ring us.
Thirty days from delivery, unopened and in original packaging, for any reason. Email [email protected] with your order number, we'll issue a freepost label. Refunds land in five to seven working days after we receive the goods.
Used or opened items aren't returnable for hygiene reasons except where faulty. Faulty items are covered by the manufacturer's warranty plus your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Clippers, trimmers, and other machines carry the manufacturer's warranty (typically 1–2 years). We pass the warranty through and help with claims. Blades, blade oils, spray bottles, capes, and consumables aren't warrantied beyond delivery condition.
Our liability for any single order is limited to the value of that order. We don't accept liability for loss of business, loss of profit, or downstream costs from supplier delay. This doesn't exclude liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or anything the law doesn't allow us to exclude.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Bristol courts.
We can change these terms. We'll post the new version here with the date it took effect. Material changes for trade accounts go out by email at least 14 days before they take effect.
