Privacy Notice
This notice explains what personal information Nelo Cutz collects when you fill in the booking form, why we collect it, and what your rights are under the Trinidad & Tobago Data Protection Act, 2011 (DPA).
1. What we collect
- Your name (first and last) so we know who's booking.
- Your phone number so we can confirm or move the booking.
- Your email address (optional) for written confirmations and receipts.
- The service you're interested in and your preferred day/time.
- Anything you write in the message field.
2. Why we use it
One reason only: to reply to your booking enquiry, confirm or reschedule your appointment, and follow up if you don’t turn up. We don’t use your details for marketing.
3. Who sees it
Just Nelo and the team running bookings. We do not sell or share your data with any third party. The submitted form is delivered to our email inbox via a form-handling service (Formspree); after that the message lives in our email account.
4. How long we keep it
We keep booking enquiries for up to twelve (12) months in case you come back and we need to look up your previous appointments. After that we delete them.
5. Your rights under the DPA
You can ask us to:
- Tell you what we hold about you.
- Correct anything wrong.
- Delete it.
- Stop using it.
To do any of the above, message [email protected] with the subject “Data Request”. You can also lodge a complaint with the T&T Office of the Information Commissioner.
6. Cookies
This site does not currently set tracking cookies or run analytics. If that changes, this notice will be updated and you will see a banner asking for consent first.
7. Updates
If we change this notice we’ll update the “last updated” date at the top of the page.
